Hello, The Phone Store USA is a metroPCS authorized dealer.
We are currently looking to hire energetic, motivated and
reliable individuals to join our sales force. The company is
growing at a fast pace, we are looking for individuals who can
help us to grow aggressively.
We are in the business of servicing our existing clients as well as converting existing wireless customers into our service. MetroPCS is on track to be one of the fastest growing cellular carriers in 2011.
This is not a job for a typical retail position, this is a a SALES ASSOCIATE position. We offer full-time and part-time positions, the pay is hourly plus commissions and bonuses. It is very important that you possess the skills we need to get positive results on a consistent basis. You must like technology and a fast paced environment.
1) Achieve Sales Goals (Weekly Goals/Monthly Goals)
2) Customer Service
3) Superior Product Knowledge.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous wireless experience is preferred!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred!
• 1 - 2 years sales experience (Retail or other).
• Telemarketing experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity.
• Strong computer skills.
• Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a desire to succeed in a monthly quota driven environment.
A positive background check and relevant experience is a plus. (Training provided).
